re: Defense - 2016 vs. 2015

The only issue I have with our defense at this point is that they have allowed offenses to dominate time of possession such as the third quarter of the MSU game where our offense was barely on the field. We did not give up points per say but we did not get off of the field either. In the Whisky game we didn't give up a lot of points but it seemed like the defense was on the field alot and while the offense was doing noting there were long stretches where their best defense was their offense staying on the field. I expect that will improve every week and I expected a slow start on defense. I did not expect a disasterous start on offense against Wisconsin. I was hoping the offense could give the defense some breathing room.
