What ports do you have on the cruise?
When are you going to Universal - Friday or Saturday? You aren't there for long, but if you have time, I always enjoy Medieval Times, it's fun.
On Sunday, do the Kennedy Space Center. If you are going soon, you could hit a beach. They also have these casino cruises.
You could also take a drive to Daytona.

When? If soon, HHN is going on and really ruins the amount of time you can spend in Universal Studios before it turns into trashy a-hole fest for an extra price. Diagon Alley clears out for it though, so it makes that one a lot more fun to do with barely anyone there. I hate HHN, it's so lame and there are so many douchebags in the park for it.

Going to universal on a Saturday, define key didn't even think about the space station!
I'll be going in the beginning of October so beach is on the table. Nassau and a private island owned by Disney are the main stops
