Just trying to get a consistent answer. My question has not been answered in any other thread, so I made this one.
Everybody seems to have an opinion, but, there's no consensus. Opinions are all over the place, some say it's great, some say it's "douchey".
If it's unlikely to make Staff Sergeant in 4 years, change the facts to whatever time it takes to make the lowest NCO rank, Sergeant, or E5, in any branch.
We agree that the rules are the same for all branches of the service? Or am I wrong about that?
Yes or No, and tell us why. There are lots of Vets, Reservists, Guardsmen and so forth out there and this is a legit question.
