He's not real happy that Harris was benched, in my opinion.

Where do you get that from? I'm sure he's happy as hell not running into 9 man fronts all game, I'm sure the guy is a little frustrated his last season with us isn't going as he planned and he's still hurt, he wanted championships and a Heisman and doesn't look like he will get either while here

This is so stupid. This is a great example of predictable ignorance.

To the op, yes Fournette needs to show a little more leadership. I've mentioned this each week. The team clearly needs more leadership.

Not going to imply Fournette is a bad apple in the locker room, but it wouldn't surprise me if he was in Harris' corner. They came in together, and I could see where the 2 expected to be the starting backfield for their careers here.
I don't expect that there is any issue regarding that, though.

What MIGHT be a problem, is this: Fournette might have a problem regarding who is THE MAN. He came in as THE MAN, he's used to being that, and we (the fans) like that he is. He definitely is the Alpha Dog out there...
BUT, he's a RUNNING BACK. And this is not 1977, it's 2016, and nowadays, you need your QB to be the leader if you want to run a good offense.

Harris might have developed his problems, not so much with the scheme, but by conceding too much to Fournette.

Etling threw 30 passes last night, something Fournette is not accustomed to. He might have to adjust to not being the total #1 focus of the offense, from an ego standpoint.
