Just fact-checked you, and KMSY location reported:
106.07 inches in 1990.
116.33 inches in 1991
106.89 inches in 1992
162.85 inches in 1993
131.10 inches in 1995
And looks like it hasnt been near 100 inches since then.
So thats really interesting in terms of climate change discussions.

Holy shite, KBTR reports 213.61 inches in 1993.
Idk if i believe this data now

Do you have a link to these figures? I believe the 1991 total, but some of those look bogus.
