He's got the bumps, but not the counting stats yet.
I don't see any way he gets in with less than about 2,300 hits-- and that's still a very steep hill to climb at this point in his career.

He's not gonna get 3000 hits, spent too much time on DL. But his awards and accomplishments are pretty huge and winning multiple WS in Boston def helps.
He's going to be very borderline but he was a top 2 or 3 2nd baseman of his generation... that counts.
