Anyone that runs more than Mett or Matthew Stafford is considered a dual threat at the college level.
Jefferson averaged roughly 9 rushing attempts per game at LSU from 2009-2011 and rushed for 450 yards in 2010. What he was listed as coming out of high school is irrelevant when he was asked to run that often at LSU.

No JJ was a pocket passer who was asked to run. The fact that he was asked to run doesn't change what he was.
