Yeah the 13th, 14th and 15th amendments freed slaves and made them equal citizens right ?

The audacity to remain ignorant and to find reasons not to care destroys equality and justice for all every day



so tell me what legislatively is unequal and what legislatively can be done to fix what is unequal

the majority of what has caused this uprising is isolated incidences of racism by individual police officers. there is no way to legislatively make individual people not racist.

Recently it was the bathroom laws and the voters ID laws. Those disproportionately effect certain groups.

Yeah you say individual police officers but the state has been disproportionally punitive towards blacks people since they were slaves. At what point does it become a trend and not just isolated incidents ?
