It's tells Miles has no clue. He can't evaluate talent if he thinks BH is the best player to play qb for the Tigers. When he makes a bad decision starting a player that isn't up to the task, he will not change, he keeps trying to force a round peg through a square hole.He did it with JL and JJ. The only reason he put DE in was he knew he would be out of a job if he didn't make a change.
