I heard it from the Duke on ESPN Radio.

Basically he said RR is alleging fraud, bait and switch was used and the buyout in the contract is not what he agreed to originally.

If there is not a clause that says that the written contract is the complete & final version and no other provisions verbal or otherwise are applicable, then the WVU lawyers are shysters.
