UM knew of this buy out. Something must be written where he pays a part of it out of his pocket.

he also dated his resignation Jan. 3rd or the day after his bowl game...so if he is not allowed to coach the bowl game he can claim he was let go without reason, and it voids his contract and buyout clause
frankly, he's acting like a prick..I'm sure he's getting pressure from UM to follow through so they won't have to pay the buyout, but he's shattered the feelings I had about him as an honorable man
