A 250 is okay for towing around 10k every day (and in the mountains). SRW 350, I'd be comfortable with a little more because the suspension is stiffer. Any more, I'd get a dually or go 5th wheel. For a minimal increase in money, you can get a bigger truck and won't be working the truck harder than you should.

I know they can tow more than that, but 10k on a SRW truck can be done easily on the highway all day long. You won't be squatting or getting pushed around. Sure, you have the guys towing a 40ft camper through Tennessee with an ecoboost, but just smile as you roll by in overdrive while they're down in second gear still slowing down.

That's just my opinion, so TIFWIW

Eta: Also think about insurance and registration fees wherever you live. They will be more for a 350. I'd get a long bed if I got one, because they have a bigger tank
