Id be pissy if Yankee told me how to smoke a brisket or eat gumbo...
Don't attack like that shite exclusive to SJWs. People get pissy over the right way to do food. Prime example, the food and drink board
Edit: if you read most the comments it's mostly just Asians calling the chef an idiot. buzzfeed spins it in their stupid SJW way.....btw why are you reading buzzfeed?

I would think the Yank's an idiot about the gumbo if his gumbo tastes like shite. That's why I judge food on the taste and not my feels.
FWIW the best pho I've ever had is at Mopho in NOLA. I'm pretty sure the cook who started it is white. It's not exactly traditional pho though and it doesn't pretend to be.
ETA: it's the only pho so good that I don't put siracha or hoisin in it.
