Lafleur lasted more than a few years and was actually really good early on. He had a lot of nagging injuries though.

No, he didn't. His career was 4 years (1997-2000)

His best year, he caught 35 passes for 322 yds.

For career he only caught 85 passes for 729 yards over 4 seasons (about 20 rec/yr)

Was considered a bust before the injuries, which sucks b/c was excited he was supposed to take over for Novacek)
