All I am wanting is some good talk about WW2 German machine guns, is all. If I can't get it from the good folks of this board, I probably can't get it anywhere else.

I just thought it was really stupid that he was armed with a Sturmgewehr when American tank commanders were normally outfitted with the tommy gun and the crew armed with the greasers. I know it's just a movie and all but I like authenticity in my films. I know I'm not alone in this.
