He sure looked like they were finding it pretty easy to swipe at his feet and take him down. I haven't watched, couldn't stand, it again but I thought he looked easy to tackle in the first half

Those early tourney exits were because Shaq could not hit a FT and all opposing coaches knew it.
Avoid revisionist history.
A team with Chris Jackson, Clarence Cesar, Vernel Singleton, Stanley Roberts, and Shaq....all to waste thanks to the Hack-a-Shaq..,which easily worked.
But hey...he sure could dunk.
