I was in court that morning and in chambers the Judge was so pissed off over the game that he was talking with the D.A. about finding a way to have Miles charged and convicted for malfeasance in office. Even though he was a contract employee, he was still technically an employee of the state and should be treated accordingly for the team's preparation and on-field play 1/9/12. Given the Judge's mood at the time, if he would have had his way Miles would have been hanging off of one of the trees in the Court House's front yard.
