The randomly missed blades drives me nuts. Thought a good sharpening of the blade would take care of it but it didn't.

My mower is old but random missing blades hasn't been a problem until recently.

My Snapper will miss blades in centipede, but not in st. aug. A sharp blade helps a lot. I might have it set too high for the centipede, i'm not as familiar with cutting it vs. st. aug. I set it higher in summer.

My blade is sharp. I've tried to grind different angles into it. Nothing works. Keep waiting for this one to die so I can justify getting a 32" commercial walk-behind with a sulky. It's their top of the line Super Recycler, but it still has a hard time cutting St Aug
