No real health issues that I'm aware of. Mid 30's healthy height/weight regular exercise. Some health anxiety issues as of late which is what prompted me to ask about Low T when I read an article that Low T can lead to depression like feelings and increased worry.

Testosterone shots would probably make you feel better.. A lot better. But you need to know what you're getting into first.

When you start getting shots, your body stops producing testosterone. This means your testicals lose function and your balls shrink. Also, it can be hard to conceive when you are on TRT, and if you want to make a baby you may need to stop taking it. This may or may not be of concern for you.

And once you start TRT, you are on it for life. I mean you can stop, but you'll return to where you were before or probably even lower levels since your body isn't producing it any more.

Get your estrodiol checked. There is a ratio you want to keep. At least 20:1... 30:1 is great. The anxiety can be a side effect of the estrogen. If it's ok just beware if you have anxiety before once they inject you and the estrogen spikes with the testosterone you might have a solid panic attack. Don't freak out. If you get on weekly injections your estrogen will peak at 24-48 hours. Get a journal. Having that and writing it down is a great tool.

Switch to high protein mornings. Lots of natural fiber. Eat out of glass containers. No more heating up shite in plastic. If you have a water glass at work get a real glass or yeti type stainless. Plastics are estrogenic. So is beer. If you drink a lot of beer switch to hard liquor. Way less calories and way less estrogenic.

I've fought this shite after a multi year round of a chemotherapy type drug for my AC/crohns disease

You know what else leads to that? A job, a wife, and kids. Join the club. You're normal.
