Bruvs, World Cup qualifying is back after a few months off and there's some good shite all around. Below is a list of matches and known TV in the US. Good news for stream hunters is that none of this should be that hard to find in your usual places, even the Asian stuff.
Also providing a bit of information along with the fixtures.
All Times CDT
MLS
NYCFC - DC United, 6 p.m. (Direct Kick)
Asia
Asia begins its final round of qualifying today with Matchday 1 of 10. The field has been trimmed to two groups of six teams each. After round-robin home-and-away matches, the top two teams in each group qualify for Russia 2018.
The third-placed teams in each group will contest a two-leg playoff in October with the winner advancing to an intercontinental playoff where they will be CONCACAF'd in November.
Group A
South Korea - China, 6 a.m. (ESPN3)
Uzbekistan - Syria, 10 a.m.
Iran - Qatar, 11:30 a.m.
Group B
Australia - Iraq, 5:30 a.m. (ESPN3)
Japan - United Arab Emirates, 5:35 a.m. (ESPN3)
Saudi Arabia - Thailand, 12:30 p.m.
South America
CONMEBOL plays its 7th of 18 rounds today in the 10-team round-robin. The top four qualify for Russia 2018 and the fifth-placed team faces Oceania in November in an intercontinenal playoff.
Here are the current standings:
Bolivia - Peru, 3 p.m. (beIN Connect 3)
Colombia - Venezuela, 3 p.m. (beIN español)
Ecuador - Brazil, 4 p.m. (beIN)
Argentina - Uruguay, 6:30 p.m. (beIN)
Paraguay - Chile, 7 p.m. (beIN Connect 3)
Notable Friendlies
European sides are only playing one qualifer in this international break, hence a couple fairly high-profile friendlies.
Belgium - Spain, 1:45 p.m. (ESPN3)
Portugal - Gibraltar, 1:45 p.m. (beIN Connect 4)
Netherlands - Greece, 1:45 p.m. (beIN Connect 5)
Italy - France, 2 p.m. (ESPN3)

Stunner in progress as Japan trail 2-1 at home to UAE with 30 minutes to play.
Australia and South Korea both with 1-0 leads in their games.

Of course I get on a plane for a week in Seattle a week from today. Just started the medicine last night.

Take care of that shite. Heard it's rough.
Posted on 9/1/16 at 7:13 am to BraveTiger225
Honestly, it's not that bad so far. Maybe it's because I'm 28 and not 60.

So you never had chicken pox as a kid?

I thought once you have it once your done and only adults who never had it could get shingles.
Posted on 9/1/16 at 7:56 am to StraightCashHomey21
Nope. You have the virus in your body and then in some adults it is "activated" somehow.

My god so one extremely shite team will be joining South Korea in Russia.

Yeah. I think the only way to get shingles is if you have chicken pox first. An adult that hasn't had chicken pox can get the virus from someone with shingles, but that person will get chicken pox first instead of shingles.

Wouldn't put it past Uzbekistan. Been close the last couple of campaigns. Might finally have the draw to get it done.

Jesus man, shingles? Are you 80?
Weird that Brazil is currently outside of the qualification spots.

Geynrikh came off the bench to give Uzbekistan a 1-0 win over Syria. Iran-Qatar 30 minutes in and ain't shite happening.
