I believe the flood will limit our numbers. I would be happy with the 20,000 range. I wouldn't be shocked to see 25,000. People that had there life turned upside down will probably continue to work on the homestead. Then again, if it is paid for in advance and little or no money is coming back their way by canceling, they why the hell not go. They sure as hell could use a break.
