My niece is in 2nd - 3rd grade and she has always been an entire head shorter than everyone in her class. She used to get bullied a lot. Her dad signed her up for jiu jitsu classes and kickboxing, Like one of those MMA gyms provide. She kicks arse now! And no one bullies her anymore.
