Bart Houston was rated as a four-star by the four major recruiting services (247, ESPN, Rivals, and Scout).
So, yes, Houston was a consensus four-star prospect in HS.

Of course, recruiting rankings only get you so much, as Houston hasn't lived up to expectations, yet we often have guys who are walk ons or 3 stars come in and kick arse.
