I reject your binary outlook. The offense will be slightly different, largely due to the fact that the QB has experience. He throws for 62%, instead of 53%, and we throw an average of four or five more times a game. Believe it or not, this alone should put him in the 2,700-ish yardage range and 18-22 TDs.

That improvement in the passing game, coupled with a better defense and a running game about the same as '15 will get us to 11-1 or better.

So Les will change a thing, but not a lot, and he won't get fired. It will be 2013 all over again, but with a much better defense.
