because conditions can be absolutely perfect for a Jubilee and it not happen when one thing slightly changes. I used to be on a call list from an old timer who would check all up and down the eastern shore when the wind, tides, and moon were right. Now Lake2288 lives on the bay and that Mofo needs to text me when there is one.
