That's a nice set to be starting out with for sure. I'm still squeezing as much life as I can out of my Logitech G27 setup.
Are you going to be playing exclusively on ps4? No chance at pc? Primarily playing on console is really going to limit you as far sim racing titles go if you're looking for a more realistic/challenging experience.
If you are a fan of F1, then the new 2016 game is a must have. Been mostly playing through the career mode and it's been a blast.
I've only played Project CARS and Assetto Corsa on PC so I don't really know how they perform on ps4, but both are solid titles. I would give the edge to AC though because the ai in Project CARS is terrible, and the force feedback in AC is way ahead of Project CARS. With Project CARS, at least on pc, I had to spend hours just searching through wheel settings and downloading ffb tweaker files to get it to feel natural.
Never played Driveclub so I can't comment on that one.
DO NOT buy a NASCAR game until there are full reviews that include wheel support and ffb in the review. The last console NASCAR game that was any good as far as playing with a wheel went was NASCAR 09 from EA Sports. The games from Eutechnyx were buggy and bad, and the new game this year is being made by people who were part of the team that made the NASCAR Heat games for ps2. With it being the first NASCAR game they are developing for this generation, I would suggest taking a wait and see approach on that one.
I would say if you only play on ps4 then definitely Gran Turismo, Assetto Corsa, F1 2016, and DiRT Rally are the must have games.
If you have even a modest pc, and graphics aren't the top priority for you, then there are a whole bunch of great sim racing titles out there that can be had really really cheap.
