re: I know this is old, but WTF is up with this Arizona parking lot/Police brawl?

I've seen this probably 10 times and still can't figure out WTF went on to make those people start instantly fighting the cops, and eachother, as soon as they pulled up.

I feel like at one point during this scuffle two cops suddenly stopped, stood up, and realized they were fighting eachother and Yakety-Sax should be playing in the background.

Also, what's up with the chubby kid fighting (if you can call it that) the old dude? And how did the little fat-people scooter get tipped over, and who was the one using it?

So many questions.

Edit: now that I know the answers thanks to the poster below bringing the video with commentary, it's not funny anymore except for the Walmart kid going HAM on everyone. That dude was more of a police asset than most of the cops. And now that I've paid close attention, I know who the scooter belongs to and realize that's not a woman crying next to the dead man, it is the scooter bandit. I still can't figure out why the cops were so shy with the nightsticks and hand cuffs.
