I'll take the bait.

688 career IBBs is the least impressive record in sports history.

1- It's a walk.

So the discussion goes, all the pitchers were scared, or he was the HR leader. But we all knew he was on roids, and so did the pitchers, and those walks show it.

2- It's still just a walk. How this is deemed to the the GOAT stat record?
