Which was the most influential band of the 2000's? It's clearly between these three.

Their influence on suicide deaths cannot be denied.

Movies by alien ant farm is underrated. It's very nostalgic like amber by 311 or the freshman verve pipe

I'm actually going to pick Coldplay. Now I know, I can't stand them either, but how many times have you listened to alternative radio since 2011 and heard indie bands which sound exactly like Coldplay? Clearly, their sound was a huge influence on many bands to follow.

There's not too many bands around that still sound like Shinedown, Creed, or Nickleback, but there's a shite ton that sound like Coldplay.

Linkin Park has to be in the top 10, they're pretty diverse with their music

The musical influence of those bands is negligible at best. The best music being made today is still based on influences from the 60's through the 80's. Their major influence is how to get rich with uninspiring music by pretending to be edgy.
