Because the NBC game will be on. NFL Network is not allowed to show any live games during a national broadcast. The game will be joined in progress as soon as the Falcons/Dolphins game is completed

So it's not even going to show the beginning? Jesus Christ who came up with this schedule? So the game that's going to have Romo in the longest won't even show him.
