Would love to hear more about your insurance experience. What caused them to pay for a rebuild? How much are they allowing?
I am waiting on my adjuster and thinking that they will pay the full policy amount on mine as well.

I suppose rebuild was a poor choice of words. I'm basically gutting my home and rebuilding the interior. I'm very fortunate to have flood insurance, unlike many people in the area.
