He's definitely not on drugs. Doesn't make enough money to be and never leaves the house long enough to get them.

I know I'm probably not the best guy to be talking to him about mental issues because I'm very blunt. Blunt to the point people consider me am a-hole for telling them the truth. I was kind of looking for some tricks to fool him into doing something fun in the hopes it makes him not a hermit. Calling his parents would be my last resort

Eta: He's either sleeping or watching Netflix. Should I cut off the internet?
