Guess alleva caused les to produce shitty qbs and run a 1920's style offense that implodes every time it plays a real defense.

This. Although he admitted Les has a propensity to be hard headed, he said the issue is the lack of communication and respect on the part of the AD/president with regards to Les. And he's absolutely right.

That's funny. The president and AD weren't coaching the team when we went 3-0 in November. If you like Les then it's other peoples fault that we haven't been in the SEC hunt since 2011. If you don't like Les then the AD and President's real problem was they weren't able to get rid of him last year. If Jimbo Fisher really dropped out of the running then there really was no choice but to keep Les. This is the year Les has the chance to shut up his critics. I personally hope he is able to do it because that would mean a very successful year for the tigers that all people on this board are supposedly hoping for.
