Bingo. They'll let you volunteer as long as you don't interfere with their vendors supplies. I've had multiple donation attempts declined by Celtic.

They have also turned down many over qualified and over experienced medical professionals because they don't fit their "model". While the Red Cross does good work, seems to me like it's an organization is also looking out for the best interest of it's "friends".
