barry responded to mine, to which i was responding to the guy saying he was a top 5 player.

yea and im not hating on him. If that is what he wants to do. You have middle of the order hitters slugging .560+ with above average peripherals that I would just rather.

Prime Votto was inflicting more damage when he wasn't taking walks. See his MVP year & the years sandwiching that. Imagine him having Bryce Harper's aggressiveness playing in the NL Centra parks.


Now he's a bad night or 2 from his SLG dropping below .500 Kind like his first half this year which wasnt anything remotely close to top 5 type hitting.
