But you think they'll pay above top dollar to a dealer for used unit? because that's the only way a dealer would make money in your scenario.

For a private sale, sure. But the dealer needs to make money off the sale for it to be worth it to them. So they aren't going to pay top dollar knowing they'd then have to sell at top dollar to make it worth their time IMO.
