I don't have the time or fortitude to tear out dry wall, cabinets, flooring, insulation, from 2000 Sq ft house. I'm not trying to cheap out, just don't want to be taken advantage of. Can anyone recommend contractors for quotes

Your house will be covered in mold by the time a local contractor can get out to you and bid the job. A majority of our areas "contractors" are recovering themselves, and/or dealing with flooded families.
