It's part of their diversity campaign. they've been doing it for a few years now. Complete bullshite. When I got out, I got my degree and tried to go back in for OCS and the recruiter straight up told me that if I were black, Hispanic, Asian, or female that he can get me selected ASAP. He said if you are a male and applying, even in prior service, you better be Superman. It seems like blatant racism and sexism if you ask me.

It makes perfect sense if you stop and consider the who the political masters in Washington are and what their agenda is for the military in general.
I've got two words for you... "Fundamental transformation".
And yes, we're fricked as a country. It's only going to get worse from here.
