Same for my house on Batavia in 83. Water came halfway up yard. Well graded lot. But most of Morel homes did flood that year, especially past Beekman towards back of neighborhood away from Antioch.
I gotta imagine all of Antioch Villa will flood out this year. Unbelievable how high the Amite is. Moved to Oregon in 02 but following closely. My sister lives near Old Jefferson and Highland. Don't know yet if she flooded. Friends parents had to get rescued in Central earlier today and their house didn't flood in 83. This shite is off the chart bad.
