Will the current job you have pay for or reimburse you for any advanced degrees? Any opportunity for advancement within the company you work for by gaining an advanced degree? Not happy with your current job? Are you seeking more of a white collar career vs a blue collar job? Late 20's isn't old when you consider that you may have 30 or so years of employment left. Would depend on how happy I was in my current job/career, how long it would take me to complete another degree and is the earning potential higher with that degree.
