We used to ride our four wheelers into the river there.

Real nice hard sand. Not like that down closer to the Jefferson parish line. It's all gumbo mud

Was a party spot at night when I was a teen in the 70's. Small fire, beer taken from dad's fridge, the slut from the neighborhood......good times.
