I ended up finishing the entire series last night. I still don't hate Pam or Jim. I think Pam's line of "I wasn't ready yet" regarding Philadelphia was perfectly acceptable.

I'll admit the feeling is different on re-watch than when it was originally running. Having to wait a week or more between episodes created a different feeling than being able to watch it all straight through, knowing the outcome.
For instance, Nellie isn't nearly as bad watching it all at once than she was at the time. And the Jim/Pam stuff was a little more difficult. The show floundered a bit with the writers' strike and finding its identity post-Michael, but I felt the payoff was worth sticking with it.
