They help a lot if you drive on fire roads that have braking bumps all over them. I noticeably felt my F250 shocks fade when I was working in the woods.

Another benefit comes when you're driving in New Orleans

Eta: Putting a couple hundred pounds in the bed by the tailgate helps also. I'd hate to feel mine without all of the shite I have in the toolbox and extra fuel

Driving through lakeview is the same as jumping cane rows.
