I have a nice subsonic recipe
Hornady 220 gr Round nose Interlock
11.0 gr Accurate 1680
I have no issues cycling and it locks the bolt back after the last round. Average Chrono is around 1000 Ft PS.
I am going to gell test in a few weeks. My hope is that the round nose will have a little better expansion than a pointed tip rd.
If your going to reload subsonic Accurate 1680 is the best powder to use hands down.

good choice. i have some supers loaded with 125gr Speer TNTs that are amazing
