TBF, I think the problem is more WB than DC.

Fair point.

I actually liked the setup idea (but it could have been, I don't know, 20 mins. shorter), a few of the characters, and thought there was a decent message to be had.

They had this thread of "what people really want" driving the whole thing, but the only character worth redemption (Deadshot), wasn't used properly, and the only character that could have made a strong change - Flagg - missed the chance.

Deadshot was literally the only character to change from start to finish....and he wasn't necessarily the hero. This was the epitome of an event film.
Missed Opportunity.

It's absolutely a major Warner Bros problem and it's infuriating. They can't get out of their own fricking way
