Good:
-Will Smith might have been the best part of the movie. Yes, Will Smith. He was early 20th century Smith, and he was a good Lawton, even though he was a little "street" for what the original character has been portrayed.
-Robbie was right behind Smith. She was a great Harley, and she stole many scenes, and I expect that she will be the best part of the movie for most.
-Lets be honest, DC killed it on portraying the characters. One of my favorite villains ever, Captain Boomerang, was brilliant. I hate Jai Courtney, and thought he would kill the character. It was the opposite. He was hilarious, and still deadly. Other characters like Kitana and Diablo had small, but memorable and heart felt moments. That bar scene was the best of the movie, and was done perfectly.
-The montage introducing the characters in the beginning was well done, and was straight out of a comic.
-Post credit scene tied things together nicely.

Bad:
-The flashback scene with Harley, Joker, and Batman. It did not fit, and the color scheme that they placed in was atrocious. It almost made me not like the Joker character.
-The music. The score was descent, but the inserting of top 40 songs throughout the movie just interrupted any momentum the film had.
-Joel Kinneman. He is an awful actor, and I hated seeing him as Rick Flagg in every scene he was in. Alejandro Iñárritu can suck a big one for going over on shooting The Revenant so Tom Hardy couldnt play the character. He would have been amazing in this role.
-I would like to think that I somewhat know the character of The Enchantress since I love Justice League Dark, and from what I remember, Ive never seen her go after some kind of metal device to defeat earth/people. She is strong enough without it, and would have made for a much better villain.
-The damn sky monster(or whatever you'd call it). We have seen it enough.

Other:
-I didnt like parts of Joker. I liked other. So I guess I have no opinion since we only saw him for maybe 10 minutes.
-Didnt mind Batman/Flash scenes. Actually thought they were necessary if we are doing back stories, although it was less than 5 minutes of the story.
-I saw about 35% of a David Ayer movie. There were parts that excited me because I knew it was him, then it would cut straight to something else completely opposite, and dumb.
-Still bummed that Scott Eastwood was no one. Im still not sure that he wasnt just undercover as someone else, or he will turn into someone else.
-The story telling was different. In most superhero movies, you introduce the main character, make them go through adversity, then you cut to them taking on the bad guy. I thought Suicide Squad was more like a level of a video game. They introduced the characters, and then it was one level. The started with the weakest bad guys on the street level, and just moved up until they got to the big boss. I think that story might have deterred people by having one main setting, and one continuous bad guy.

Overall:
I could have done with a lot of the color and crap. It did not mask the fact that these were bad guys, doing bad things, being directed by one of the most gritty directors out there. A straight David Ayer movie, with a few jokes thrown in the script, but thats all, would have made this movie so much better....But, the characters were great for the most part, and watching them on screen was so much fun, and I enjoyed most of the movie because of it.... 7/10
