Just wanted to share this beauty with the Rant. A lady I work with made this for me as a graduation gift using some of my old LSU shirts. It's a quilt/blanket that measures around 6.5x6.5 feet. It took her roughly two years to complete, and I never thought it would turn out quite so good because this was her first attempt at making such a thing. Just a genuinely thoughtful, unique gift that I will cherish forever.

She just gave this to me today, and it seriously made me realize once again how much I love my Alma Mater.

I don't want to be the one to say it, so I'll just agree wholeheartedly with this,

She's been working on that for 2 years? Really? So what, you've been giving her your shirts for the last 2 years?

man, that is actually a very cool idea...I have a whole lifetime of old t-shirts stored away that I just don't have the heart to throw away. that is a really cool way to use this kind of thing.
