Do you ever notice that you feel anxious, but you don’t know why? Then your brain starts scanning for something to explain the anxiety. It will eventually attach to something, and that thing appears to become the source of your anxiety. But if you are really cognizant of what is going on, sometimes you might notice that the anxiety actually predates the thing you eventually become obsessed with. That used to happen to me, and it was incredibly frustrating. Go out and get exercise especially outdoors in the sunlight. It’s the best time of year for that.

Yep. My thought patterns exactly. Then I start to cascade and have some weird/odd pain shows up in some random part of my body that lasts for weeks. Really difficult at times...
