If some have to work harder than others, it's not a level playing field. Honestly, no society is, not even ours. Like I said before, that's ok. That's reality.

Desire/will go a helluva long way, but those traits aren't panaceas. There will always be success stories and failures no matter ones desire level.

The socioeconomic class one is born into has the greatest impact.

For blacks in the education field and whites in the athletic field, yes it is. The numbers speak for themselves
