Why don't you just tell the board what answer you're angling for?

To be honest, I'm not angling for any answer. I'm genuinely wondering how, given all the circumstances, European civilization was able to advance so far ahead of African civilization. If anything, African civilization should have been ahead of European civilization at the start of the 1400's. but the exact opposite was true. I honestly want to know how that happened.
